Jeff Schmidt, co-owner and meadmaker of Sleeping Giant Mead, will be with us pouring a great lineup of their draft-style meads:

• Traditional Wildflower Honey

• Blackberry

• Blueberry Ginger

• Citrus Green Tea

• “Dutch Courage”

Draft-style mead is lower in alcohol than “full-strength” meads and are lightly carbonated, so they drink more like beer than their wine-like “full-strength” cousins.

We will also have one of their full-strength, dessert meads, a chocolate raspberry truffle mead!
